Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, skincare products cannot be returned if opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

• They are defective
• Damaged during delivery
